• We will collect the registration fee at the conference site on July 12th / 13th.
  
• All the expenses (accommodations and meals) for accompanying persons should be paid by themselves.
  

Meals

• If you stay in The Westin, breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Meals during the symposium (Monday lunch & dinner, Tuesday lunch) will be served by the organizers (covered by the registration fee).
• We will arrange a welcome reception on Sunday evening and a dinner on Tuesday evening. Please join us if you like (we will ask you actual expense, we are sorry); please indicate that in the registration form.
