Abstract submission

 All the presenters (oral and poster) are requested to submit one- or two-page(s) abstracts of their papers. Please prepare the abstract in an electronic form following the general instruction below. Use the sample abstract and the template files.
  1. Use A4 sheet. Set 25-mm top-, bottom-, left-, and right-margins.
  2. The abstract is limited to 1 or 2 pages.
  3. Use of the Times (Times New Roman) font family is recommended. Never use non-western (Japanese, Korean, etc.) fonts. Use a 12-pt bold-face font for the title, and a 11-pt font for other parts including text, authors and affiliations (italics), and references.
  4. Figures should be placed in the text. Use a 10-pt font for figure captions. Manuscript with color figures is acceptable, but please note that the final printout would possibly be black-and-white.
  5. Prepare a MS Word file and a PDF file of the abstract and send them to . Please consider reduction of the image resolution if the file size is too large (> 3 MB, for example).
  6. The organizer will send an e-mail of acceptance when the abstract file is received.
  7. Submit the manuscript file NO LATER THAN June 19th (Fri) (strict!).
